Marketplace Terms

Overview

The collector market helps members discover trade and sale listings from public My Garage cars. The Diecast District facilitates discovery, offers, and contact—it does not process payments or ship items for you.

Listings

• Only public My Garage cars with at least one photo can be listed.
• Listings must accurately describe the item, condition, and asking price or trade intent.
• Pausing or hiding My Garage may pause active listings until visibility is restored.

Offers & Counter-Offers

• Offers expire after seven days unless accepted, declined, or countered.
• Accepting an offer or counter-offer reserves the listing for that buyer while the deal is in progress.
• Do not spam offers or use the market to harass other members.

Payment & Shipping

Trades and sales are completed directly between members unless we announce in-platform payments later.

• Agree on price, shipping, and timing using email or in-app messages.
• The Diecast District is not responsible for lost packages, payment disputes, or item condition disagreements.
• Use the deal progress checklist and dispute flag if coordination breaks down.

Conduct & Enforcement

• No counterfeit items, bait-and-switch listings, or fraudulent offers.
• Respect blocks and privacy settings.
• We may remove listings, restrict market access, or suspend accounts for abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms as the market evolves, including future fees or payment features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
